Power of being positive

The power of being positive is incredibly remarkable. Being positive simply brings out the happiness and gratitude in you. It makes seemingly easy to appreciate others and the vibe makes us cherish that day.

Being positive not only helps our mind to stay calm but also keeps our physical and mental well being at ease. It helps us to manage our stress or any such negative influence, rather than letting stress manage us. We can possibly view any situations in our daily life in its most serene way which will help us put forward constructive ideas to deal with them. To stay positive does not limit to putting up a smile the first thing in the morning. It is to look at yourself and around you and observe the blessings you own. Be grateful for the least significant and the most significant with equal recognition. Say a thanks to yourself as loudly or quietly as comfortable you are. Try to be warm to yourself and to anyone you meet. We never know what someone else is going through, so our warmth might have brightened their day.

Practicing positivity is a habit that we must intentionally bring into our routine. Push ourselves to exercise them for 21 days and we cannot rule them off our routines.

Here are some ways you could start with:

1. Wake up early and spend a few minutes outdoors.

2. Practice meditation

3. Make your ME time with your morning drink.

4. Appreciate your family members for the help they lend.

5. Avoid any negative thoughts consciously.

6. Take a walk everyday and observe the nature.

7. Drink lots of water and stay hydrated.

8. Pray gratitude before sleep.

It does not have to be always the few mentioned but whatsoever that makes us suitable to our own power of being positive would do. The universe is strange in its own kind. What goes around certainly comes around. So spread optimism in our world to let it circle its way back to you!

The Secret Of How To Harness The Power Of Positivity And Be Happy

In this inspiring, empowering book, Shetty draws on his time as a monk in the Vedic tradition to show us how we can clear the roadblocks to our potential and power. Drawing on ancient wisdom and his own rich experiences in the ashram, Think Like a Monk reveals how to overcome negative thoughts and habits, and access the calm and purpose that lie within all of us.

The lessons monks learn are profound but often abstract. Shetty transforms them into advice and exercises we can all apply to reduce stress, improve focus, improve relationships, identify our hidden abilities, increase self-discipline and give the gifts we find in ourselves to the world. Shetty proves that everyone can – and should – think like a monk.
